1. Shipping Responsibility:

ASCP Logistics serves as your trusted partner for shipping goods from China to Ghana. However, we are not responsible for any factory errors, wrong items, or damages that occur before the goods arrive at our warehouse in China.

2. Packaging of Fragile Items:

Customers shipping fragile items such as TVs, glassware, or electronics must ensure the goods are well-packaged and protected before delivery to our China warehouse to avoid damage during transit.

3. Damage & Loss Policy (Ghana):

- If a package arrives in Ghana damaged or broken, we will fully take responsibility. If the customer refuses to accept it, we will offer a 100% refund.

- If your package is in our custody and gets missing, we will refund you 100% of the value.

4. Payment Before Delivery:

All customers are required to pay their full shipping fees before any goods are released for delivery. No payment, no delivery.

5. Proper Labeling Required:

Please ensure your packages are clearly labeled with our China warehouse address and your shipping mark, which must include:

✅ Your active contact number

✅ Your exact location in Ghana

6. We Ship All Goods:
